Two semesters ago I befriended a cool guy named Sal. He was your ordinary Anthony Bourdain fan boy. He loved his food, loved his job, loved his show. The last day of our class was a kind of Iron Chef. Instead of going against other people, the class was against the clock. I don't remember much, for there was too much food, but the one dessert apart from mine that I do recall are his churros. They are extremely delicious, if cooked right of course. Now, me being a good guy I decided to share it with the world so here it goes: In a sauce pot add in 2 cups of water, and 4 ounces of butter. Bring that to a boil. Then add 3 tablespoons of brown sugar, and once it is completely melted turn off the flames and stir in 2 cups of flour. Place it in a mixer with a paddle attachment and mix in 4 eggs, one at a time.
